Terms of Service

1. What the service is

Triplovis helps a travel business keep its suppliers, rates, quotations and related records in one place. The modules available to you depend on what has been switched on for your organisation.

The service is in early access. It is offered by invitation, features are still being built, and some things you may expect from a finished product do not exist yet. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

The service does not take payments from your customers. If that changes, we will update these terms first.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created by invitation. Do not share your invitation or your sign-in details.
• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done under your account, including by people you invite.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your data

The business information you enter (for example supplier details, rates, quotations and notes) is yours. We use it only to run the service for you and to look after the service, and we do not sell it.

If you enter personal data about other people, such as travellers, staff or suppliers, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for any notices or consents that the law requires. We handle that data on your behalf. Please do not enter data that you are not allowed to share with us.

During early access we do not promise backups or the recovery of lost data. Keep your own copies of anything important.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the service to store or send unlawful or infringing material;
• try to see another organisation's data, to get around access limits or security, or to test the service's security without our written permission;
• overload, disrupt or damage the service, or put malicious code into it;
• copy, resell or build a competing product from the service.

5. Ownership of the service

The service, its software and its design belong to us. You may use them for your own business under these terms. Your data stays yours. If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything.

6. Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It runs on a shared server during early access, and it may be slow or unavailable at times, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided as it is. You are responsible for checking every rate, quotation, booking and confirmation before you rely on it or send it to anyone.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which is nil while the service is free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. You can ask us to close your account and delete your organisation's data by writing to support@triplovis.com.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. Where we can, we will warn you first.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
